All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be strictly outlined in an official project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) provided prior to the commencement of any work.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the successful and timely delivery of our services, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure you hold the appropriate copyright permissions for any materials provided to us.
• Communicate primarily through agreed-upon channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Email).
• Adhere to the payment schedules outlined in your specific project proposal.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a formal proposal, a standard upfront deposit is required before any development or design work begins. Remaining balances are typically tied to project milestones.

Domain and Hosting: As a strict company rule, domains and hosting must be purchased and owned entirely by the client. We will guide you through the setup, but we do not hold your domain hostage.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and project completion, the intellectual property rights of the custom-developed website or deliverables transfer to the client. Techup Digital Services retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your business secrets. Any sensitive business information, financial data, or proprietary strategies shared with Techup Digital Services during a project will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Techup Digital Services strives to deliver the highest quality digital products; however, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of business revenue or data breaches resulting from third-party hosting vulnerabilities.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project if the other breaches these terms. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, Techup Digital Services reserves the right to retain the initial deposit to cover time and resources already expended.
