Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview

At Techup Digital Services, we dedicate extensive time, expertise, and resources to planning and executing your digital growth projects. Because our services are highly customized and labor-intensive, our refund policies are strict but designed to be entirely transparent.

2. Project Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time. To cancel a project, a formal written notice must be provided via email. Upon cancellation, all ongoing work will immediately cease.

If the project is cancelled by the client after design or development work has commenced, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation based on our hourly rate or the milestones achieved.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

All upfront deposits for website design, development, branding, or SEO setups are strictly non-refundable.

These initial payments secure your place in our production queue and cover the intensive discovery, strategy, research, and initial wireframing phases that begin immediately upon signing.

4. Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions

For ongoing services such as monthly SEO, social media management, or website maintenance:

• Services are billed at the beginning of the cycle.
• You may cancel a monthly retainer with a 30-day written notice.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of Techup Digital Services in extreme circumstances where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon initial deliverables and both parties agree to terminate the contract entirely.
